Last night i watched a Supersize Me like documentary called the Weight of the Nation. I am not sure if i should feel sympathy for these people or if i should blame the companies for selling them the dangerous products. To me this is going to be the same outcome as the smoking companies. Which has to be necessary because you cant trust people to make the right choice on their own.   

I dont understand why Americans believe that unions are bad? Unions in fact are good for business because instead of talking with every single employee on a salary management would talk to a union rep and the endless hours of talking would be avoided. And how can management expect the same basic principles that are applied in our nation’s government not be applied in the workplace? Just because you work for a company doesnt mean you have no rights. And does it make sense that 2 people doing the same exact job get paid the same amount of money? Times are achanin 

Peace 

For the people to gain power to change society and to be able to make and change laws for the benefit of the majority the people need a way to do this. Some believe that the people need to start a rebellion. Perhaps but we know that will end badly for everyone. No the real means of power to make change is already provided to us the people. The vote. We the people have the ability to do what we please because of the our right to vote. We just need to unite and instead of fighting amongst ourselves trying to become more wealthy than our fellow citizens we should help each other. People now adays have the attitude “I have mine, I dont care if you have yours!” This is terrible. The people need to be more concerned with the well being of everyone rather than their own needs. The people are merely a family and it is time to reclaim our country together.

I believe that soon the people will be left with no choice. The government as said in V for Vendetta “a government should always be afraid of the people not the other way around.” The only choice we have is to have a changing of the guard. The government we live under now refuses to take any real action to stop business from dumping and destroying our planet. GM and other motor car companies have been able to get away with making cheap cars that run on cheap oil and instead of taking the time to make an electric car like Japan and other foreign car companies have they just kept doing what they were doing because they had a monopoly. Well now they are paying for it. Toyota employees more people in the US than GM does. The people need to support Occupy Wall Street and refuse to let these daddy’s boys to rule our country just because of their net worth. Power to the People!
